Healthy recipe: Tomato appetizer

1 large tomato
1 small bunch of fresh basil
4 oz of fresh mozzarella
Flat bread (ready made, pizza dough)

Dipping Sauce:
1/2 cup EVOO
3 cloves garlic
1 T Italian Seasoning
1 T sun dried tomatoes
Salt and Pepper to taste.

Cut flat bread into bite size pieces. Make dipping sauce ahead, if possible. Mix garlic, sun dried tomatoes (both chopped), Italian seasoning, salt and pepper, let sit. Slice tomato, and mozzarella into 1/4 inch slices, and arrange on plate with basil. Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper. Serve with small bowl of dipping sauce and bread.
